New Ayurvedic
Therapy – Shirodhara – Introductory
Offer $55
Mira
is offering Shirodhara treatment for the first month or two
at a very low cost to you, as a way to
encourage everyone to experience this profound therapy.
A one-hour treatment is only $55 in April and May to facilitate
spring transition. Shirodhara can
help with everything from headaches to hormonal balance to supporting
deep and restful sleep. It is overall a deeply balancing
and restorative therapy. Traditionally, Shirodhara is given
on consecutive days anywhere from 3, 5 or even up to 21
days or more. When you schedule your appointment, create
some time and space for yourself for the rest of that day
if possible, keep your head protected from the elements,
rest and relax at home. Care for yourself well and the
effects last even longer. www.everyonedeservesmassage.com
Anxiety Article
I found this excellent article on generalized anxiety and
encourage everyone to read this!!!! It is written for women
but applies to both genders. This is a great overview from
a medical doctor with good solid information, diagnosis and
treatment options. It is the most commonly treated mood problem
in the US, especially among us mid-lifers. Yoga and meditation have helped
me cope with my own chronic low/mid level anxiety that I have had my whole
life, trying numerous therapies and remedies. Many of us suffer with these
feelings and have no clue what it is or how to treat it.
Please read this and pass it on.
