you find yoga that meets your specific needs.

quality instruction, well rounded Hatha yoga, and/or meditation

for a caring and attentive teacher.

proper instruction, safety, hygiene, or injury prevention.

Beginner Basics
Beginner Basics is a foundation class designed to introduce yoga to beginners. Students learn yogic breathing, movement categories or asanas, basic philosophy, simple anatomy, inner focus, integration and awareness. This experiential and very engaging class is loads of fun. Join us for this excellent yoga sampler for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.
